Just to give you some tips on your new pally recruit, formally known on our server as penguincake. a trial/member of our guild since maybe mid jan08

He fails at:
-Teron ghosts (just the other day infact, and no it wasnt his first time)
-Archimond air bursts (not only tears, but gets the mt bursted when he is lolret)
-Raid healing
-Turning up to raids, he usually had his firends play his account to get loot, or some of our other pallies to play his char
-Game mechanics knowledge (gogo shield block gear for elementals amirite) couldnt gear himself to save his life, was always begging for advise

basically he was carried, joining our guild post illidan farm status

Frankly im glad hes gone, i always knew something was weird about him, should have suspected with his massive dkp dump a few days ago. Infact he was onl recruited because myself and another member pally went on holidays for 2 weeks.

Oh hes also arrogant (understandable for some skilled people, but it cant be justified by his poor general skills) and a loot whore (if i only had a gold for everytime i heard "oh i want/need that").

About the only thing he will bring to your server is KZ pugs

Myself and many of our guildies will back this up.

Unfortunatly im not incharge of kicking people, our "pass/fail" buck-stops-here guy is usually very soft, as we may need them to fill spots on off nights

you can't use them in combat anymore so it's pretty tricky now. have to time the wand right before the misdirect goes off
