I got 99 Problems and my Typewriter's One

Alright, so every day it's getting worse. My computer is constantly giving me blue screens with all different types of errors, but once it's up it works fine, until the next day where it does the same shit again.

I'm pretty sure it has something to do with my harddrive possibly, even though I just replaced it. I know new =/= good, but damn, are there any suggestions on what to do?

Reformatting is a good idea, but I've never reformatted, and I also do not have a copy of windows XP. Any help to get this thing kind of working would be much appreciated.

are you a student? Many college campuses have an MSDN program where you can get a free copy of W7. And you know, it'll be legit!

Find a windows CD of some sort, reformat.

Yeah, I don't have a windows CD though, and I'll probably try to borrow one. But I've never reformatted before so I don't want to screw anything up.

TBH Seal, if I knew what I was doing that screwed my computer up so often, I'd stop doing that, but like right now, I ran CHKDSK and it's working fine, until tomorrow where I'll have to go through the same stuff again.

Insert CD into your disk drive, reboot, format (assuming your BIOS settings are such that it will attempt a boot from your disk drive before it does a regular boot)and reinstall. There's nothing to screw up really if it's your intention to wipe everything clean and re-install from scratch.
